Is there a setup fee?

No. There is no setup fee. You pay only for the messages you send. No monthly charges, no platform fees.

What is the minimum message volume?

The minimum order is 25,000 messages. This applies to both With CTA and Without CTA campaign types.

How does billing work — prepaid or postpaid?

MsgReach works on a prepaid basis. Select your volume, complete payment, and your account is activated with the corresponding message credits.

What happens if a message fails to deliver?

Failed messages are automatically retried for up to 48 hours. If delivery still fails, credits are refunded to your account based on your campaign report.

Can I increase my volume after placing an order?

Yes. You can top up your account with additional message credits at any time by contacting us on WhatsApp.

Are prices inclusive of GST?

No. All displayed prices are exclusive of GST. GST will be applicable as per government regulations and added at the time of invoicing.

What is the difference between With CTA and Without CTA?

With CTA campaigns include an interactive button — Visit Website, Call Now, or Book Appointment. Without CTA campaigns send text, images, or PDFs without buttons. CTA campaigns require a minimum of 500 contacts.
