Service Cancellation

✅ Cancellation by the Client

Clients can request cancellation by sending an official email to contact@msgreach.in. The following conditions apply:

  • Refunds are considered only for unused credits.

  • You must receive confirmation from our team approving your cancellation. Once approved, a 30-day refund period begins.

  • If you use even a single credit during this 30-day period, the refund request will be cancelled automatically, and no further claims will be accepted.

We reserve the right to cancel services in case of:

  • Misuse of the platform

  • Violation of terms

  • Fraud or payment issues

In such cases, no refunds will be processed.


Refund Policy

  • Eligibility: Refunds apply only to unused prepaid credits. Once services are rendered or credits are consumed, they become non-refundable.

  • Process:

    1. Email your refund request to contact@msgreach.in within 7 days of purchase.

    2. If approved, a 30-day refund waiting period will begin.

    3. If no usage occurs during this period, the unused balance will be refunded to your original payment method.

    4. Any usage during this period will invalidate the refund.


Disputes and Chargebacks

We encourage resolving any service issues directly with our support team. Chargebacks raised without prior communication will be seen as a violation of this policy and may result in service termination.
